We are seeking motivated Lead Acquisition Specialists & Teams to join us and assist in generating new leads for eligible homes across the UK to benefit from free energy-efficient upgrades. As a Lead Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced sales managers to identify and pre-qualify homeowners who can take advantage of heating and insulation upgrades under the initiative.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential leads of eligible homeowners through various channels including online research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Engage with homeowners to explain the benefits of the ECO4 initiative and assess their eligibility for free upgrades.
Pre-qualify leads by gathering necessary information to facilitate the quick approval of ECO4 initiatives.
Provide accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the ECO4 team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads for further processing.

Requirements:

Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with energy efficiency or environmental initiatives is a plus.
